My new electric

Here's my latest purchase. I finally have a plane I can carry in the trunk every where I go. It is a 3D Buddy Edge540 from Ultra-RC.com. It is an ARF that comes complete with brushless motor and speed controller. It built pretty easily and can even be diassembled but it is small enough to just stay together all the time. I like the thick symetrical wing that is very strong. The fuselage is a little on the flimsy side behind the wing though, which I hope to strengthen with some carbon fiber strips soon. It is a blast to fly if ya are at least an intermediate flier. I have yet to fly it without wind so I have not tried to hover it low to the ground, but it definitely will hover. If ya want to see video check out Ultra-RC.com or here is a cool vid, this guy really shows what it is capable of. http://www.ultra-rc.com/store/video/buddy.wvx

Now I remember why I moved our site off of Tripod. :?

If you like you can just use the add attachement feature to upload the picture. Might be easier than trying to get the correct link to show.
